I'm Chad, the sports dad of the family. I am a PE teacher and luckily I get to take my passion for sports and share it with my students. Watching games from home, attending live events, and meeting athletes from the Chicago Bears, Bulls, Cubs, WWE, and other pro and college sports with my family is my hobby. Michael Jordan is and always will be the GOAT to me and my dream is to be there when the Bears win their next Super Bowl...hopefully sooner rather than later! Dan - The Packers Fan
My name is D and my favorite sport is football. I am a Packers fan in an all Bears house. Luckily, my cousins and friends at school are Packers fans, so I can talk about my favorite players like Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, Davante Adams, Mason Crosby, Aaron Rodgers, Ty Montgomery, Clay Matthews, Brett Hundley, Martellus Bennett and Kevin King. I also like other football players like Tom Brady, Mitchell Trubisky, Jared Cook and Julian Edelman. I like the Cubs, WWE, SSW (Kenosha, WI), Golden State Warriors, Chicago Bulls and the New England Patriots. Playing sports is so much fun!

Hello, my name is Jordan. I am a 10 year old kid and my favorite sport is basketball. I play four different sports and they are basketball, flag football, soccer, and golf. I love bacon. I ride a skateboard. I collect cards when we go to signings. My favorite basketball players are Michael Jordan, Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, Lebron James, Jimmy Butler, Dwayne Wade, Boogie Cousins, Isaiah Thomas, Andrew Wiggins, John Wall, Kelly Olynyck, and Kobe Bryant. I'm the proud owner of a lizard named Zeke after Ezekial Elliott.

I'm so excited for the boys to be joining me in the world of blogging! I'm a writer, blogger, and educator. I started blogging about our family and reviewing books in 2008. It's hard to believe that was almost ten years ago! Then in 2010 I started a blog about writing and mentor texts called Teach Mentor Texts and in 2015, I launched Story Exploratory which explores living a writing life. Reading and writing children's and young adult literature is my thing but I'm passionate about living a growth mindset so I'm always up for an adventure.
